We watched this without kids when it was new, and then I rewatched it with my 7th grader when some of his peers were getting into it. I think it was the first more "grown-up" show he watched, and he loves it. I think season 4 is way more scary than the previous ones...more of a horror feel than sci-fi...but it was never really too much for him.
This show was really good, but ended up being too "creepy" for my 14 y/o so we never got past season 1!
I know it features children but its definitely not some "kid show". If you are into Aliens/creatures with a twist of sci-fi thriller then this is your kind of show! Its exciting just watching some kids from Indiana solve this crazy town "puzzle". Season 4, Part 1 just started so hop on if you havent seen this show yet.
