Washington Square Park - Annual Children's Halloween Parade
Emily N said: New York City's iconic Halloween parade in the village is a spectacular event but for the little ones who want in on the fun, it can be a little too spooky. Earlier in the day, however, NYU and Manhattan Community Board 2 host the Children's Halloween Parade where the whole family can participate in costumed fun, Halloween games, performances, rides, receive free trick-or-treat bags and make use of them around the neighborhood collecting candy.
For 2020, this event will be virtual. Join the Halloween fun with a magician, musical performance, free downloadable activity book, and a costume contest! The virtual parade will feature a slideshow of some of the costumes and special awards will be given! RSVP is required for login info.
