Family Friendly Festivals and Fairs Around Indianapolis

Conner Prairie is not only home to one of the best corn mazes around Indianapolis, but this annual event also includes magicians, games, music and more. Take a daylight or night time hayride through a scary forest while being chased by the Headless Horseman! Great food, lots of laughs and a haunting great time for everyone!

Learn the history behind the holiday, watch performances, meet artists and watch demonstrations, explore artwork, support local artists and create art.

Beth Wood said:  The Historic Irvington Halloween Street Fair includes a vampire run, a costume parade, a street fair, music and more.

Beth Wood said:  Celebrate Halloween at the Shelbyville Parks & Recreation Halloween Fun at the Park. There will be pony rides, games, a haunted trail and bridge, a pumpkin patch and trunk or treat. Dress in your favorite costume for an extra fun time!

Beth Wood said:  Cottage Home Neighborhood is hosting their neighborhood's annual fall block party! The outdoor party is a family-friendly event featuring live entertainment on two different stages, food and beverages, an animal show, a large kids area with kid-friendly entertainment and events, and much more! Children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes to the block party!

Carmel PorchFest is a free, family-friendly community event where a variety of musical acts perform live on neighborhood porches. Food and beverage vendors are available. The featured musical acts range from acoustic to electric, solo to ensemble covering multiple different musical genres.

Beth Wood said:  Celebrate an early Halloween at Clay Terrace's Annual Boo 'n Brew Fall Festival! Enjoy face painting, balloon artists, Silly Safari Animal Shows, a pumpkin patch, horse-drawn hayrides & so much more! Parents and those guests over 21 are welcome to join in on the "BREW" of Boo 'n Brew, offering a large beer garden, with four local breweries.
