The Truman Show holds up very well today! It's still funny and thought provoking, especially considering how ahead-of-its-time it was with reality TV and celebrity culture. I was surprised it took us so long to watch this with our kids, as it's quite appropriate, though probably better for older kids who are mature enough to think about its deeper messages.
