Do you make hot cocoa with milk or water?
It's a controversial subject in my household. We are trying out a flurry of new hot chocolate recipes this winter that have been amazing! However, if dairy isn't an option, would you drink hot cocoa prepared with boiled water too?

Though I'm not opposed to water, I think milk tastes so much better!! For our little guy with a milk allergy, we will sometimes use water, but more often use a milk substitute like coconut milk.
