COSI - The Science of Big Machines
COSI, the Ohio Contractors’ Association, and the Local 18 Operating Engineers invite kids and adults alike to explore the annual Science of Big Machines exhibit! For over 20 years, guests have been able to experience the exciting science and technology of construction by climbing inside real pieces of machinery and operating them first-hand. Participants will be able to learn more about construction careers from various industry professionals and real operating engineers.
Columbus, OHKidX Touch-A-Truck at Polaris Fashion Place
Head to the outdoor Polaris Lifestyle Center space (near Benihana, COhatch, and Cheesecake Factory) for a Touch-A-Truck event. Programming will include an interactive truck playground for families and children to get up close to their favorite vehicles – and other family friendly entertainment! Food trucks will be onsite.

The annual Delaware County EMS Touch-A-Truck features various vehicles, including police cruisers, dump trucks, logging and tree trucks, farm equipment, and many others. Agencies from across Delaware County will be represented with the opportunity to meet many local first responders!
