The rink is designed specifically for recreational skating and features an observation deck for non-skaters. On-site skate rentals, concessions and bathrooms are available and parking is free.

The Boston Common Frog Pond
Tracy Snyder Molina said: In the winter, the Boston Common Frog Pond is transformed into an ice skating rink. The rink is open to the public with an admission fee and offers skate rentals, skating aids for children learning to skate, skate sharpening, lockers and skate lessons. Snacks and hot cocoa available at the cafe. Delays or closings will be announced on the Frog Pond Facebook Page.
If weather permits, after ice skating, head to Boston Common's Flagstaff Hill for sledding and snow tubing fun!
