Jungle Journey Playground at Zoo Miami
If you're planning a visit to Zoo Miami, kids will have a blast at the spongy-floored Jungle Journey Playground. There's a jungle gym, wobbly bridge to cross, a life-size gorilla and hippo, and a hollow log. If they're ready to cool off, head to the Ocean Voyage Playground with 28 water features including the whale tail waterfall and touch-activated spray rods.
Miami, FLPalmetto Bay Park
Palmetto Bay Park features the largest boundless playground in South Florida and is fully accessible for kids of all abilities. The long, gated play zone features two large playgrounds with shade covers, one for babies and toddlers and another for older kids. Other attractions at the park include a skate park, walking path, basketball courts, concession building and picnic pavilions.
Miami, FLQuail Roost Park
New in 2021, this is the largest playground in Miami-Dade County and worth a visit with kids of any age! You'll find multiple huge climbing structures with slides (including a rocket-inspired one), toddler play areas and train cars, rock climbing, a spinning sphere and musical instruments.
