Kid-Friendly Outdoor Summer Concerts in NYC

Picnic Performances are the perfect way to spend a summer evening, with in-person music, dance, and theatrical shows all summer long. Bring a blanket and a picnic!.

Berta Indeed presents “Let the Music Play”, community jazz concerts featuring an array of local musicians and vocalists. Summer on the Hudson events are free and open to the public. Seating is limited, unreserved, and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Calling all toddlers! Interactive music-making, storytelling, and more. For toddlers through preschool-aged children and accompanying adults. Adults participate throughout the program.

Mozart for Munchkins puts on free Saturday concerts that focus on a different style of music each week—classical, jazz, bluegrass, and more—performed by first-rate artists who have played the stages of Carnegie Hall, Broadway, Lincoln Center, and other top venues.

When Broadway’s dark, the waterfront is alive! Stop by Hudson River Park’s Clinton Cove to see the greats perform. Broadway by the Boardwalk will feature theater’s stars performing for free.
