In particular, Stroller Strides includes power walking, jogging and strength training intervals while your baby sits in the stroller. Lincoln Park Zoo's Parent & Toddler Yoga
Lisa R: Introduce your toddler to yoga outside with this class held in the outdoor education pavilion at the zoo. Kids will have fun posing like different animals and engaging in guided nature activities. A limited number of child size yoga mats are available on a first come, first served basis. Active Moms' Club
Shila: Active Moms Club provides Chicago moms with prenatal fitness and postnatal fitness opportunities, personal training, and post-baby body express training packages. Most classes are moms-only, however in the case of From The Core: Post Natal Recovery, new babies are allowed to accompany them. Shila: Prenatal Fit is a prenatal and postnatal woman's gym that also includes a variety of workshops, babysitting and massage offerings.
