Carly Follett: Urbanity's youth classes welcome little ones as young as 3 months old on both a drop-in and registration basis. Urbanity Dance is looking to establish a safe, nurturing environment in which parents and babies can explore movement, music, and the basic elements of dance. All classes are hands-on as they are designed to foster achievement of childhood developmental milestones, socialize children in both play and classroom settings, all while building and strengthening the bonds between babies and parents.
Carly Follett: Mom and Baby Barre: This class is for non-mobile babies only, so strap your little love in a carrier and integrate them into your workout. This class focuses on your core, incorporating small isometric movements, weights (or babies) and bands.
Baby and Me Yoga: This class uses stretches and strengthening exercises to help you get your pre-baby body back while bonding with your baby. This is also a great opportunity to socialize and meet other moms. No yoga experience necessary.

Carly Follett: Stroller Workout: Don't be fooled this isn't just a causal stroll... this modified boot camp for moms will give you an all over workout while baby comes along for the ride! This class is for babies 4 weeks to 4 yrs.
H2OH Baby!: You and your baby will love this challenging water workout. This class is non-stop and takes place completely in the water. Mom focuses on aerobic conditioning and muscle strengthening while baby has floating fun! Flotation seats are provided for babies. Babies must have good head control in order to participate in this class.

Carly Follett: Baby Barre Mommy & Me classes are for moms and their non-mobile babies (6 weeks -7 months.) These ballet barre exercises are designed to increase strength and balance while incorporating baby into the workout. They include fun moves such as "kiss ups" and "airplane." This class is enjoyable for beginners and experienced exercisers. They encourage the use of baby carriers and baby slings. Whatever makes you and your little one most comfortable.

Beverly Athletic Club
Carly Follett: This class offers a complete workout that combines strengthening exercises as well as exercises geared toward flexibility, improved posture and injury rehabilitation/prevention. The pilates routines include both standing and mat work that is designed to incorporate your baby. They offer a very welcoming environment allowing all new moms to feel comfortable and get back into shape!
