Naptown Roller Derby - Indiana State Fair Grounds
Season: January - June
Beth Wood: The Naptown Roller Derby is a competitive roller derby league that competes at the Indiana State Fairgrounds and is owned and operated by its skaters. There are three different teams that make up the league: The Tornado Sirens, Warning Belles and Third Alarm. The meets are action-packed and loud and kids love them! Special theme nights like Star Wars night are held throughout the season. You'll definitely have fun cheering on these talented ladies while you watch their epic derby skating skills! Indy Fuel Hockey - Indiana Farmers Coliseum
Season: October - April
Beth Wood: The Indy Fuel is Indianapolis' minor league ice hockey team that plays in the Central Division of the ECHL's Western Conference and is affiliated with the NHL's Chicago Blackhawks and the AHL's Rockford Ice Hogs. Home games are played at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum located on the Indiana State Fairgrounds' Campus. Indiana Fever - Bankers Life Fieldhouse
Season: Mid-May - Mid-August
Beth Wood: The Indiana Fever is Indy's professional women's basketball team that plays in the Eastern Conference of the Women's National Basketball Association. The Fever play at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in downtown Indy where they host special theme nights throughout the season including Kids Day, Stem Night, Faith & Family Night. Fans love watching the high energy games and seeing the team mascot, Freddy Fever, entertain the crowd.
